Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the request.

Prepare the Package

Ensure items are free of dog hair and odors, then pack them securely with the original tags still attached.

Print & Attach Label

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your package.

Drop Off & Refund

Drop your package at the designated carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
